ParkService Plus ™ Over time, all computers will begin to have issues. It could be virus infections, spyware infections, a corrupt registry, missing updates, fragmentation probems, faulty hardware, outdated software, or general misconfigurations.

To avoid this situation, we provide regularly scheduled ( monthly or quarterly ) computer maintenance for offices looking for reliable and stable computer performance. Updating, optimzing, cleaning, and patching your computers regularly actually saves you time and expense by pre-empting issues that will occur with regular computer use.

Below is a list of what we do for you each time we visit:

Physical cleaning of exterior & interior hardware components
Implement all Microsoft updates
Install, Update, and Run Spyware scanners
Update common applications like Mozilla, Adobe Reader, etc.

Defragment hard drives for optimal performance
Manually review the event logs for recurring issues
Please note that work that falls outside the scope of regularly scheduled maintenance is billed at $49.00/hour.
